Epic is filing more lawsuits against Google, What’s up with AC: Shadows being delayed, Lords of the Fallen 2 is coming in 2025, Former EA devs form a new studio in Australia and more!
I should be excited about the new AC. But the open world Ubisoft games I played during the past few years all felt samey and safe to a degree, and yet bloated to give a sense of value. The result ultimately was initial excitement gradually replaced with a mild boredom.
I played both AC (open world and not) and I honestly think they need a major reset. At least based on my recent experience. Something to wipe the slate clean as it's very hard to understand what's happening in the world and why my character wants to do what it wants to do...
I wonder what it will be. Whether they are going to just port the current game or develop something similar with a different gameplay... I'd probably be in favor of the latter
ohhh The Alters was one of my most anticipated this year, and I have no problem waiting if it means they will have a polished game with more hype.
Totally agree! Though it stings just a little bit 😅

Did you play the new one, Shadows? I haven't. It's supposed to be a bit of a reset. What do you think about it?
Thanks for the shoutout!
I think Palworld on mobile is a huge move. I can really see it getting another jolt of popularity once it moves to that platform.
