š® Concord Gameplay Trailer
The first on the list of games involved in the PlayStation State of Play last week.
āConcord is a new shooter for PS5 and PC where you have the power to be the game-changer for your team. Choose from a wide roster of characters and role types, each with unique abilities and personalities. Take on rival Freegunner crews in daring space heists in six different online 5v5 PVP modes across a variety of exotic and fantastical maps that span the different planets of the ever-expanding Concord Galaxy.ā - says the announcement.
Iāve said it before many times, but I think we have enough hero shooters with Marvel adding their game to the roster and now this. Maybe Iām too tired of them because of all the time I put into Overwatch and Overwatch 2, but itās too much. And considering all the criticism that Iāve heard about Blizzardās games, I donāt see anything thatās unique about all of these games besides their settingā¦But maybe Iām wrong.
Btw, Marvel Rivals also got a spot on PS State of Play with a Closed Beta approaching.
What do you think? Do you enjoy hero shooters? Is anyone here excited about these new games hitting the market?
š® God of War Ragnarok PC port confirmed
It seems like previous rumours were well-founded.
This is amazing news for people like me who donāt own a PS. I played the first part extensively a few years ago and the PC port is still on my Steam Wishlist. And this one seems to be a great example of a sequel with a DLC included. So, I canāt wait to play it when it hits the shelves on September 19, 2024.
Now the only thing left for them to do is to do a proper remaster of the original games and Iāll be happy š
Are you a fan of God of War games? What do you think about the latest instalments in the franchise?
š® Dynasty Warriors: Origins Announcement
Ooh, this is really good.
I know the most recent games related to this franchise were a disaster. Still, as a teenager, I used to play many DW-adjacent games, like Samurai Warriors 2 and Warriors Orochi. These games were a-mazing! There was even a mode with a tabletop game you could play, similar to Monopoly. The sound, the battles, the plot, everything was so great it blew my mind. Itās a pity though that they cost so much and some of these games werenāt added to Steam.
But this one looks very promising. Iām not sure about the ānameless heroā part, as one of the reasons why I enjoyed the previous ones is the fact that you could play as notable figures of Japan, but at this point, Iām ready to try anything.
Yet the release is still very far away in 2025.
š® Until Dawn Remake
The last juicy announcement for me š
Until Dawn was one of the first games I played on my newly bought PS4 when the pandemic hit us in 2020. And being a huge fan of games with interactive stories where your decisions matter, it was a great experience that I played and replayed a lot. Mostly because I tried to achieve āthe perfect endingā, which I wonāt spoil here.
This is one of the best games in the genre and is definitely worth checking out! The game is set to be released during Fall 2024.

It's funny how many Chinese games have exactly the same looks. It's like there's Black Myth Wukong and a shitload of action games that look exactly the same. And now, there's also Where Winds Meet in the second group :-)
